Welcome to Florida Sanctuary! Professionally managed by Property Manager, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home located in the sought-after community of Wellen Park, Venice.
This luxurious residence is beautifully decorated and designed for comfort and style. The spacious living room offers ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventuring. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring a large island that makes meal preparation and entertaining a breeze.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both feature queen-size beds and share a well-appointed second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and boasts its own private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Wellen Park’s downtown area, also known as Downtown Wellen, is designed to be a vibrant hub of activity, blending retail, dining, entertainment, and outdoor experiences. Here’s what you can expect to find: A variety of dining options including casual eateries, upscale restaurants, and cozy cafes. Many restaurants feature outdoor seating with scenic views of Wellen Park’s natural beauty. Downtown Wellen hosts regular community events, live music, and outdoor performances. Wellen Park Lake, a large lake with a waterfront area for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Wellen Park Golf & Country Club
The Golf & Country Club membership transfer fee is included in the final booking price. Guests must complete and submit the membership application no later than 15 days prior to check-in to the Wellen Park Golf & Country Club Property Owners Association.

Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
