Forest Edge is a short drive from Fordingbridge set just outside the New Forest National Park. Sleeping seven people in 4 bedrooms across two floors it’s the perfect retreat for family and friends to get together. The property benefits from off-road parking for two cars and a garden with patio and outside furniture.
Upon entering the property, the living spaces are accessed off the welcoming hall along with the family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs you will find two ensuite bedrooms.
The modern kitchen boasts a rangemaster oven with 5 burner hob, fridge freezer, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Which leads into the dining and living space room with large windows overlooking the rear garden. Two large sofas provide seating for guests with a Samsung smart TV and complimentary WiFi. The dining area benefits from a large wooden table ideal for entertaining, in summer throw open the double patio doors provide direct access to the rear garden. Please not that the fireplace is not functioning.
There is a handy utility room with washing machine and door to the garden. The family bathroom has a bath, WC and sink.
The two downstairs bedrooms consist of a cosy double bedroom and a single room ideal for children.
Upstairs you will find two king size bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.
The garden features a patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a grassy area. There is parking to both the front and rear of the property.

The fireplace is not for use by guests.
Please note that the driveway is a shared entity between the property and the residential apartments located above the garage. Therefore, this should not be blocked at any time as the driveway is in constant use.
Restrictions –No smoking at any time on property grounds. Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay to a maximum of 1 pet. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
