Experience Vancouver in luxe comfort at this beautiful, two-story penthouse, stunningly situated in the very heart of the city. It’s a scene you’ll remember for years to come - the bi-level terrace, the private hot tub overlooking the city, and the breathtaking view of the water, the skyline, and the evergreen mountains.
This penthouse enjoys a prime Vancouver location, with the best of the city at your doorstep. Here at the edge of Chinatown, Gastown, and downtown, there’s so much you can walk to, including the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, concerts and Canucks games at Rogers Arena (two blocks), Whitecaps matches at BC Place (three blocks), and an abundance of dining and shopping. Back at the building, there’s even a pool, a hot tub (in addition to your private one), a sauna, an expansive fitness center, and a barbecue area for your use.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, filling the space with sunlight and views of the city below. The view, in fact, is your constant companion, whether you’re cooking in the sleek, open kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) or watching movies by the crackling fire. Slide open the glass doors on sunny days to let in the ocean breeze, prepare dinner on the gas grill, or sip cocktails on the balcony at sunset.
In the evenings, find a primary suite that has the second floor to itself, offering double walk-in closets, a bathroom with both a shower and a jetted tub, and direct access to the upper terrace with its hot tub and cushioned seating. The two guest rooms are on the main floor, one with an en suite bathroom.
