Up to 1 dog is allowed for $40/night (maximum $250). Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog prior to your stay. • Parking: There are 3 dedicated parking spots and also an EV charging station • This rental has stairs leading to the patio with the hot tub and outdoor features. • All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (guest expense) • Please note that there is a separate one bedroom studio unit above this unit. If you are looking for a little more space and need an extra bedroom, please reach out to us. This one bedroom unit may be occupied during your stay, and the guests will need to access their entrance by walking across the patio. The hot tub and patio area is available exclusively to your group but please note you may encounter another guest on the property. PET RULES: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
