Our 1,700 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 27) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is a great family mountain escape with a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), two private decks and amazing views. The condo is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. The living space includes a coffee bar, 75" TV and views.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailers are not allowed.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts) .
Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic WIFI with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
As with all properties at Cascade Village, the condo does not have AC and its generally not needed as the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 50s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west which will keep the condo plenty cool.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
