The updated island kitchen features all-new, Monogram brand stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, plus a dishwasher for easy home meal prep and stress-free cleanup. There’s eat-in seating for four at the breakfast bar or you and your guests can enjoy al fresco dining out on the porch at the covered patio table set for four. Open up the windows and slider for lake breezes, casual conversation, and family movies in the living room. The downstairs living area also comes equipped with a TV for flexible entertainment options. If you need to make it a work/play getaway, there’s a built-in home office on the main floor landing. WHAT’S NEARBY When you’re not enjoying the views at home, walk down to Hague Town Beach Park for some fun on the water. Take care of basic grocery needs, browse local gifts, or pick up freshly prepared foods for a lakeside picnic at the Hague General Store, also just a short walk from home. THINGS TO KNOW Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. For an additional sleeping option, there’s a king sofabed in the downstairs living room. This home is fully winterized for all-season comfort. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
