Additional Details •This is a very secure, private residence within a quiet, architecturally significant 5-story building. •Guests will have access to one assigned parking space in the building’s garage (please note the space is tight and best suited for compact to mid-size vehicles). •The building does not have a pool, doorman, gym, or shared amenities, which helps maintain the quiet, residential atmosphere.
