As the only water-facing penthouse in the building, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the iconic Space Needle, and the vibrant downtown skyline from two private balconies.
Located in the highly sought-after Belltown neighborhood, you’re just steps from Seattle’s most renowned attractions—including the world-famous Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the Seattle Waterfront, and cruise ship terminals. Whether you’re in town for sightseeing, a special occasion, or a pre-cruise stay, this loft puts you right at the center of it all.

Designed with an eclectic modern aesthetic, the interior features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and carefully curated furnishings that blend comfort with character. The open layout includes a cozy lounge area, a dining space perfect for meals or remote work, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
Sleeping accommodations include a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a semi-private lofted sleeping area with a queen bed—providing ample room for up to four guests.

•This is a very secure, private residence within a quiet, architecturally significant 5-story building.
•Guests will have access to one assigned parking space in the building’s garage (please note the space is tight and best suited for compact to mid-size vehicles).
•The building does not have a pool, doorman, gym, or shared amenities, which helps maintain the quiet, residential atmosphere.
