Moose Run, Russian Jack Springs, and Anchorage Golf Courses are all located within 25 miles of this home. A bit further out, golfers can find Palmer (31.2 miles) and Settlers Bay Golf Courses (40.6 miles). Inside this warm and inviting retreat, you’ll find a vaulted living area with comfortable seating and a TV for streaming your favorite channels, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy, and a table and chairs for dining, laptops, or family game nights. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The washer/dryer is shared with the current guests staying in the lower space of the home. 2 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
