Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, a cozy living area, a dining table with seating for six, and a well-equipped, with breakfast bar. Outside, enjoy a view of the golf course from the furnished balcony or the lower-level patio. Guests will also enjoy access to an on-site, shared summer pool and a year-round hot tub. While staying here, guests will be located on the quiet end of the complex. Here, you are just a few steps to a stop on the Mountain Rides free blue line bus route that can take you to any of the ski hills, golf courses, shops, and restaurants in Sun Valley, Ketchum, or Warm Springs. Guests are just over a mile from the Dollar Mountain ski area, where you will find beginner slopes and a half-pipe/terrain park; and only four miles from the Sun Valley Ski Resort at the base of Bald Mountain. Hook a trout in the Big Wood River, just under seven miles away. And when it’s time for a meal or a drink, Sun Valley and Ketchum are brimming with eateries and brewpubs. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Includes access to Elkhorn Association amenities (with requested passes), however, due to local restrictions, some amenities are unavailable until further notice. The fireplace is not available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
