When you aren’t hanging out by the lake, check out the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Pagosa Springs Town Park, the Reservoir Hill Disc Golf Course, and Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park. When you simply want to relax, sunbathe on the private dock with your vacation read.
Well decorated and full of light, the interior of your stay is a place of pure comfort. Lounge in the living room while still gazing out at the shimmering lake views, or turn on the fireplace and cuddle up on the soft seating while tuned into a movie night. The full kitchen will quickly have the adoration of the chef of your group with its suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops. A gas grill is available right outside when you want to escalate your cooking. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the breakfast bar, at the formal dining table, or even alfresco.
The second TV room is a great space for the kid’s weekend morning cartoons.
The primary en suite bedroom has private balcony access, a spa-like soaking tub, and an impressive walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms are just as plush with soft linens and homey fixtures. Remote workers will appreciate the designated work space, and the entire family will be able to utilize one of the two private washers/dryers when their clothes need a refresh.
As evening nears, head outside to watch the sunset meet the lake while gathering around the firepit for campfire stories and s’mores.

Paddle boards, canoes, and life jackets are available in the garage for guest use.

Swimming is not permitted on the lake, there is a $75 fee per person that is caught swimming.
Paddle boards and dock are seasonal. May-Oct They are removed for the winter.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
