With three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area, the house sleeps up to six guests. A wood-fired fireplace, smart TV, and Marshall speaker create a warm atmosphere indoors, while an electric sauna provides relaxation after days outdoors. With shops, dining, and trails nearby, Kajo is a well-rounded base for Lapland adventures. Completed in 2025, Kajo combines Scandinavian design with a focus on comfort and functionality. The 79 m² home spans two floors, featuring a bright open-plan living area arranged around a fireplace, a Samsung Smart TV, and a Marshall speaker for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, along with a DéLonghi coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A dining table for six makes the space practical for shared meals, while large windows bring in natural light and views of the surroundings. Three bedrooms provide accommodation for up to six guests: one on the ground floor with a double bed, and two upstairs, each with a double bed. Two modern bathrooms, a Haier washing machine, and a utility area with dryer, ironing board, and storage ensure convenience for longer stays. For relaxation, the property features a private electric sauna and access to the shared beach sauna, offering a chance to relax after skiing, hiking, or cycling. Underfloor heating, blackout blinds, and a Yale Doorman smart lock add to the sense of year-round comfort and ease. Outdoors, guests can enjoy paddleboarding, fishing, or swimming from the nearby beach, while indoors, board games and playing cards are provided (coming soon) for cosy evenings in.
