This multi-level abode enjoys an unbeatable location right on beautiful Lake Notelly in the mountains of North Georgia. If you like the outdoors, you’ll love Blairsville! Find yourself experiencing some of Georgia’s most beautiful landmarks, like Brasstown Bald, over 80 miles of the Appalachian Trail, and Vogel State Park. Blairsville is home to the 18-acre Lake Winfield Scott in Suches and the 4,180-acre Lake Nottely, with each offering boating, swimming, fishing, picnicking, hiking, and camping, and not to mention Lake Nottely’s 106 miles of shoreline. Vogel State Park – one of Georgia’s oldest, most popular state parks – has a 20-acre lake and swimming beach, hiking trails, and a waterfall. Hikers may choose easy routes through our picturesque Meeks Park or choose a hardcore trail that traverses streams, scales mountains, and descends into deep gorges. The most famous trail in the area is the Appalachian Trail.
This home away from home is all about outdoor entertainment! Bring out the provided kayaks, make your way over the covered dock, and experience the lake waters from another point of view. The covered patio provides you with a fantastic spot to unwind and take in the scenery - spread out comfortably around the river rock outdoor fireplace and enjoy your family time right here. When it’s time to treat yourself to a well-deserved time out, revel in the bubbly waters of the covered hot tub overlooking the lake. The wrap-around deck, covered on two sides, offers a great outdoor dining area with a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts!
As you enter this marvelous lake house, you will encounter a spacious great room with a river rock wood-burning fireplace, an extensive sofa, a TV, and high vaulted ceilings - this is ideal for family gatherings that will become cherished memories. Prepare tasty homemade meals and treats for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. A designated laundry room with a washer/dryer can be found attached to the kitchen. The primary suite is located on the main level. The upper level enjoys a lofted area with a bunk bed and a third bedroom. The lower level boasts a family/game room with a pool table and a bunk bedroom.
