This beautiful three-story townhome is located just .4 miles from shops, restaurants, and
nightlife located on Seiver Ave in South Knoxville and 3.5 miles over Henley Street bridge from
Neyland Stadium and the University of Tennessee.
With top notch biking trails less than two miles away at Bakers Creek Preserve this location is
close to it all!

Your Property
You may park in the first come first serve parking lot located in the rear of the unit and use the
keypad entry located on the back door. As you enter the home you will find a half bath to your
left and the open concept kitchen to the right. The kitchen has a granite peninsula top with white
subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Located at the peninsula is four bar
height chairs perfect for enjoying a quick snack or sitting down to talk.
The kitchen opens up to the living room dining room combination. The living room has a leather
couch with chaise and comfy recliner to kick back and watch the flat screen TV. The dining room
has seating for eight with a large window overlooking the riverside.
As you take the stairs to the second floor you will find the first bedroom which has a king size
bed, full bathroom and ample closet space.
Located in the hallway between the first and second bedrooms is the stackable washer and
dryer. On the other end of the hall you will find another queen bed and full bathroom to complete
the second floor.
The third floor offers an additional living space that can be used as the third bedroom. The room
contains another couch, bean bag chair, bar top and wet bar for your entertaining needs. There
is a half bath on this level. The exterior door will lead you to the rooftop patio with wicker
furniture and cushions and tables.
