Full bath is shared by the two upstairs bedrooms. * Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Spacious bedroom with king bed and Smart TV. * Bedroom #5 (Lower Level): Spacious bunk room with Full-over-Queen bunks. This room also includes arcade games. ⁂ EATING The kitchen has been beautifully updated with sleek stainless-steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. A short part of the final section of the drive is on a gravel road. 4WD is recommended during inclement winter weather. Ask us for more information! ** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway area. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
