A sprawling, green backyard lawn area includes a large, stone-circle firepit. The two-level interior features beautiful flooring and recent updates throughout the space.
On the main floor, a painted brick hearth acts as a semi-open partition to the kitchen and living room, with an adjacent, sun-filled dining room through accessible from both areas. Relax in the living room by the warming glow of the gas fireplace while gazing out at the water or catching up with your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen has been fully renovated and redesigned, featuring all new cabinetry and counter tops, a custom backsplash, and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a gas range/hood and dishwasher. A sleek, barn-style sliding door offers inset kitchen storage. Wrapped with windows, the dining room is awash with natural lighting and near-360 views of the home’s surroundings.
The fully furnished basement level features a second living area complete with sofa seating, fireplace, flatscreen smart TV, and selection of puzzles. There is one bedroom with an attached, half-bath on this level.
