This two-story home is part of Whisper Lake, a private community between Cashiers and Sapphire - it has a lake in the center that is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing! This home’s location allows you to visit many waterfalls, trails, and restaurants in both Cashiers and Saphie. Other great attractions you can visit include Turtleback Falls, Gorges State Park, Devils Fork State Park, and Sapphire Valley Resort. The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. One thing that makes this home stand out is the running creek behind it - the sounds of the creek babbling in the distance will surely lull you into a relaxing state in no time. The home has a landscaped garden that you can admire from both decks. Upon entering this home, you will see an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wooden accents throughout. The living room provides a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. Curl up on the sectional and stream a show or movie on the large smart TV with Roku or cable. If you are visiting during the winter months, let the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace embrace you. The nearby kitchen is a chef’s playground with modern appliances - it has all the essentials to whip up everything that comes to mind. Enjoy your feasts in the adjoining dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the entire place with natural light. This level enjoys a wrap-around deck with two separate outdoor dining areas and a propane grill. There is a second deck off the living area with several rocking chairs. The lower level has a family room with an office-like working space with a desk and a printer available. This cozy space welcomes you with a gas fireplace, Roku smart TV with cable, cozy furniture, and board games. This area opens up to another deck with two picnic tables and rocking chairs overlooking the firepit area. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the lower level with an en suite bathroom and three bedrooms on the main level. The primary suite is on the main level and has a Roku smart TV, access to the deck, a walk-through en suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, a jetted tub, and a huge walk-in closet. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. -All Property Manager properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
