This fabulous, spacious beach house is a true coastal retreat, boasting sunlit, open plan living with 2 gorgeous and relaxing living areas, a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The wraparound entertaining deck offers outdoor furniture and glimpses of the sparkling ocean just streets away, and a second covered patio area on the ground floor offers a gas BBQ for alfresco family meals. There are 4 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and 2 with a tri-bunk in each (double on bottom, single on top) , along with 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is set up as a separate self-contained unit with kitchenette, making this an ideal holiday home for 2 families. Guests have external access to a laundry with washer and dryer, and off-street parking is available in the carport and driveway. Important Notes: - Linen is NOT provided at this property.
