Wake to peaceful sunrise views over Coolangatta & The Tweed from our north-facing balcony, take a refreshing dip in our secluded pool surrounded by frangipani and bamboo trees, or find a comfortable nook and unwind for the day.
As the day winds down, enjoy BBQs and wine under the Bali hut balcony, the perfect mix of relaxed vibes and a touch of luxury. We truly hope you love this home as much as we do.
The Space
Our three-level home has been thoughtfully designed to offer both privacy and connection, with three distinct living areas to suit every mood, and WiFi to keep you connected.
Top Level: An open-plan hub with kitchen, dining, and lounge flowing onto a balcony with sweeping views. Bedrooms are also on this level: as master with a king bed, split system aircon unit, walk-in wardrobe & ensuite, a second with a queen bed & built-in robes, and a third with a double bed plus single bunk beds and a build in wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an Expressi coffee machine and a SodaStream for sparkling water on demand. Along with filtered tap water and a plumbed 3 door fridge with cold water dispenser. You’ll also find the balcony with the BBQ, 8 seat dining table, lounge room including a smart tv and relax on the comfortable modular lounge. There is also a breakfast bar looking out to the gardens which is a wonderful place to waken & ponder.
Middle level: A peaceful retreat with a daybed and dining table on the balcony overlooking lush surrounds. The garage is also on this level and has space for one car.
The laundry and clothing line are also on this level.
As well as surfboards and push bikes to use at your leisure.
Ground level: Your private resort-style pool deck, partly shaded with a sail and surrounded by greenery and tropical gardens. Lounge on beanbags or the daybed for all-day relaxation. *Please remember to cover the pool after use*
Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire house, including the pool, gardens, garage, and use of surfboards and bikes to make the most of the coastal lifestyle. Essentials are provided for your first night. After that, the closest grocery store is Coles at Banora Shopping Village on Darlington & Leisure Drives, just a short drive away.
