Space SEVU Villa No. 8, completed in 2025, is a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa ideal for families or small groups. The living area consists of a cozy living room with a couch and TV with Netflix access (guests log in with their own account), and a well-equipped kitchen for home-style meals. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and features its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs and share a bathroom; bedroom three also provides access to the rooftop. The rooftop pool offers sweeping ocean views along with a sitting corner to relax. WiFi is available throughout the villa. Regular cleaning and 24/7 concierge service ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. Access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.
