Breakfast preparation is available upon request for up to 10 people (ingredients and beverages not included). We recommend private transportation from the airport to the property for a smooth and comfortable arrival. Once in Punta Mita, getting around by golf cart is the most convenient and enjoyable way to explore the area. A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Additional fees may apply. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out. Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity. Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property. After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. No eating in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. No pets allowed.
