The home’s prime location situates you near many fantastic walking trails, great restaurants, and scenic coastal drives. You’ll love being located steps from Rocky Neck, Good Harbor Beach, and Niles Beach, and a short driving distance to downtown, Manchester By the Sea, Rockport, and Essex.
Upon entering, you will take notice of the welcoming, open-concept layout complete with hardwood flooring throughout. The comfy living area invites you to spread out with your loved ones and rest after an exciting day exploring your surroundings. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the Roku smart TV, and when you get hungry, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare mouthwatering culinary masterpieces for your group. In the kitchen, you will find all the essential appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker.
Upstairs, you’ll find the equally comfortable bedrooms. Additional perks include a desk on the first floor, board games, and a washer/dryer on the second floor. For great comfort, there is an air-conditioner/heat unit on the main floor, as well as in each of the bedrooms.
