Adevilla is a newly built 2025 summer home in Taivassalo for up to 12 guests. Surrounded by the archipelago’s sea views and nature, it offers two fireplaces, two saunas, swimming pool (seasonal, not heated), and jacuzzi. Enjoy a pier, paddleboards, and gas BBQs for active days on the water or relaxed evenings by the fire. The Archipelago Trail, harbour cafés, summer restaurants, and historic sights are all just minutes away.
Completed in 2025, Adevilla brings together contemporary design and the coastal charm of Taivassalo. The 88 m² main house is bright and functional, with an open-plan living and dining area, indoor fireplace, and space for up to 12 guests across two bedrooms, a loft, and additional sleeping space in the sauna . Four double beds, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the sauna cabin provide flexibility for families and groups.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and all the essentials for home cooking. Large dining tables both indoors and out seat up to eight, making shared meals easy in any weather.
Outdoors, the experience centres on the shoreline, where a restored 1969 log building - moved here beam by beam in 2021 - now serves as the sauna. Guests can choose between a wood-fired or electric sauna, enjoy the year-round hot tub, or swim in the 1.5 m deep pool (please note that it’s not heated and unavailable during the winter). The pier, paddleboards, and classic outdoor games invite full days outside, while sun loungers create space to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.
The location offers direct access to the archipelago’s coastal scenery. Adevilla sits along the Saariston Rengastie (Archipelago Trail) cycle and driving route, with a harbour restaurant, summer cafés, and the 14th-century Taivassalo Church nearby. In season, local fishermen sell fresh Baltic herring at Hakkeenpää harbour, and the Kuninkaantie (King’s Road) passes through the municipality, adding a historic layer to the surroundings.
Whether you spend your time on the water, exploring the archipelago by bike, or enjoying evenings around the fireplace, Adevilla is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making the most of Finland’s coastal summer.

One cannot miss the Helsinki Cathedral when in the city. This awe-inspiring neoclassical church dominates Senate Square and provides panoramic vistas of the city. For those interested in modern architecture, the Kamppi Chapel and Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art are essential stops.
The cultural treasures of Helsinki are equally remarkable. The Ateneum Art Museum is home to Finland's most extensive art collection, showcasing works from the 19th century to present times. Music aficionados will enjoy a visit to the Sibelius Monument dedicated to Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.
Helsinki's culinary scene is dynamic and caters to all palates. From traditional Finnish fare served in quaint taverns to innovative gastronomy in chic restaurants, Helsinki promises a diverse and delectable culinary adventure.
Nature enthusiasts will find much to love about Helsinki. The city is enveloped by water with numerous parks and green spaces offering respite from urban life. A boat trip to Suomenlinna Sea Fortress not only offers historical insights but also breathtaking views of the surrounding seascape.
For those who love shopping, Design District Helsinki presents an array of Finnish design shops offering everything from fashion and furniture to ceramics and jewelry. And for relaxation seekers, a traditional Finnish sauna experience is unbeatable.
During winter months, Helsinki morphs into a snowy paradise providing activities like ice-skating and cross-country skiing right within the city confines. Although not known as a prime location for Northern Lights viewing, on rare occasions one might catch sight of this spectacular natural phenomenon.
