This 900-square-foot, single-level home is the lower unit of a two-home property, offering an unbeatable location for your next coastal getaway. Need additional space? Step outside to your private beachfront patio, where you’ll find comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals with an ocean view. Inside, the beach-inspired living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and beautiful views that make it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The adjacent dining area seats four to six guests and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Just bring the ingredients, gather everyone together, and enjoy. The home comfortably sleeps up to five guests in beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes three twin beds. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located nearby, and premium linens are provided for your comfort. If you’re traveling with a larger group, the upstairs unit (NB-420B) offers an additional queen bed and two twin beds, accommodating four more guests. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a shared washer and dryer in the garage, and a starter supply of paper products and household essentials. One garage parking space is included for this unit (left-side parking). Please note that the garage was built in the 1960s and accommodates most standard vehicles. If you have a larger vehicle, our Reservations Team is happy to provide garage dimensions before your arrival.
