Inside, the living is serene, comfortable, and adorned with nautical decorations. The bright living room features soft seating, a large TV, and easy outdoor access. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When you want to escalate your cooking, step outside and utilize the provided gas grill. Each of the bedrooms is spacious and kept cool by the home’s central air-conditioning. Your family members will appreciate the private TVs in each of their rooms, as well as the soft linens. Additionally inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and a sunroom. Outside, your entire family can enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather from the large yard where a playset and comfortable seating await. As evening nears, hop on the golf cart for a quick ride to the beach where you can watch the sunset meet the ocean. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
