All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is located on the public ’cool’ side of the lake. This home does not have a community launch for guests with boats to access. Guests will have to use a public launch. Water depth at the dock is roughly 5-6 ft deep.
Firewood is not provided; guests will need to provide their own.
When arriving at the property keep to the left. The neighbors driveway is to the right and there is no trespassing onto that property.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
