1. Is there a place to put luggage?
You can store your luggage from 2:00 p.m. before check-in. We cannot store your luggage after check-out, so we ask that you use the coin lockers at the station.
If you come to store your luggage only after 2:00 p.m., please send us a message in advance.
2. Will the room be cleaned during my stay?
We do not clean the room during the guest’s stay.
3. Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in may be possible depending on the reservation status before and after. Please consult in advance.
4. Please tell me how to get to the room.
For security reasons, we will send you detailed access instructions to the room after you have completed pre-check-in and on the day of your stay.
