No pets allowed Trash is to be placed in the two big containers in garage when departing from property. The home has direct TV, but also TV’s in the home are smart TV’s with streaming services. Please logout of streaming service when leaving home. There is no wifi at the home, however there is a "hot spot" in the finished basement, that is "gowiththeflow". There are paddle boards and kayaks available for guest use, there is rack for them on the back porch on lower level, there is also a rack down at the dock for guest use. Water toys are available for guest use, located in the garage. There are beach towels in master bedroom, and in the finished basement. - Coffee Maker (Regular & Keurig) -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay. Coming off I-81take Little River Road Take Shelburne Road Take Twin Coves West Road, (this is a gravel road) Follow until you reach 4760 Twin Coves Road. There is plenty of parking in the homes driveway.
