This private dock features a boat lift and direct lake access, making it easy to head out on the water or simply unwind by the shoreline. It’s the perfect spot to launch your lake adventures or enjoy peaceful moments taking in the serene surroundings.
There will be a camera at the front door, parking area, and one facing toward the dock.
Trash bins will be located in the front of the home toward driveway/parking area.
-Smart TV, Roku is built in, guest can use their personal log-in info to use.
-Wifi will extend to dock, outdoor TV will be on upper deck of dock.
-Mini fridge and outdoor bar on top deck of dock.
-9 person outdoor table.
-Solo stove fire-pit area.
-Life jackets will be in brown bin @ dock.
-The pontoon, jet ski, and golf cart are NOT for use by guests.
-Three kayaks and one stand up paddle board, multiple inflatable floats to lounge in the water.
-Multiple life jackets available from child size to adult.
-Large floating mat available to guests.
Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
Parking: you can fit 3 cars in first parking area closest to the home. (*do not* block yellow garage as that is neighbors), and 3 cars above in paved parking area
in-front of home. (max cars at home 6)

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

This inviting lakefront home offers a comfortable and well-equipped space perfect for relaxing getaways or family vacations. The home features three bedrooms in total. One bedroom includes a bed, dresser, and cozy lighting. Another bedroom offers a desk area, making it a great flexible space for work or study. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed and is perfect for kids or additional guests.
There are two full bathrooms in the home—one located between two of the bedrooms and another attached to a bedroom that also includes the laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Outside, guests can enjoy multiple decks with seating, a hot tub overlooking the lake, and a private two-level dock with room to lounge or launch water activities. Whether you’re planning to unwind by the fire pit, paddle out on the lake, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
