Nestled just 1.2 miles from Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, and 14 miles from Radford University, this beautifully updated dual-home property is ideal for students, visiting families, and professionals. Explore the outdoors with Claytor Lake State Park just a 25‑mile drive away for hiking, boating, and lakeside picnics. -There are four parking space available for each unit. There are 2 parking spots on the right side of house and 2
parking spaces located in the center parking lot in front of the home. This lot is shared with 4800 Clay Street guests
as well.
-There is a fire pit out on the back side of home, please bring your own wood.
-There are 3 parking spots for 1480 Clay Street. One is located on the left side of the house, close to 1480 Clay
Street front door. Two spaces are located in the center parking lot in front of the house, and this lot is shared with
1482 Clay street guests.
-There is a fire pit, please bring your own fire wood.
Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
