There are 2 parking spots on the right side of house and 2 parking spaces located in the center parking lot in front of the home. This lot is shared with 4800 Clay Street guests as well. -There is a fire pit out on the back side of home, please bring your own wood. -There are 3 parking spots for 1480 Clay Street. One is located on the left side of the house, close to 1480 Clay Street front door. Two spaces are located in the center parking lot in front of the house, and this lot is shared with 1482 Clay street guests. -There is a fire pit, please bring your own fire wood. Propane (for grill): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4.We DO NOT provide propane refills. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.
