Welcome to Blacksburg Bliss! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is perfectly located for your Virginia Tech related needs. Open concept living allows for a comfortable stay, turn key amenities that make you feel right at home. Drive way parking available with your main entry being the back door. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with two bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with tub/shower combo. A master bedroom with a queen bed, on set bathroom and walk-in shower.
- NO pets are allowed
- Home has WIFI and connection is strong
- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
-Garage is not included in rental
-Trash is picked up every Tuesday. If you are staying during a trash day please put trash can by the road, on the right side of the driveway. If you are checking out on a Monday- Please also set out the trash can on the right side of driveway.
-Please make sure to turn off outdoor lights upon leaving.

- Please make sure that shoes and slippers are not worn on the carpet.
Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.

-Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety.
-To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained.
We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use except for the garage which is used for owner storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Coffee maker, Toaster and Large Refrigerator. Laundry room features washer and dryer and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies.
There is parking available in front of garage area you can fit two cars on the part of the "drive way" in front of garage , and street parking is permitted in FRONT of the house while maintaining generous space for others to be able to pass by. Please do not park on the side as that is a one way road and already narrow. Please do not park in the grass on the side of home.
