Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat from May through October. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
