Welcome to Babbling Brook, a modern cabin in Conway, NH, across the street from Pequawket Pond with kayaks provided and a kayak launch for easy access. A 5-minute walk brings you to a sandy beachfront. There is a snowmobile access to Corridor 19 trail riding from the property. Snowmobile from our property to the NH trail system entrance is only 1/2 mile. Enjoy pickleball in the driveway, badminton, a couple of golf holes, and evenings by the fire pit alongside the seasonal brook. Inside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a loft with privacy curtain, 2 full bathrooms, and a lower level with shuffleboard and games—perfect for families and friends year-round.
