The spacious townhome offers three floors of pristine living space and enough privacy for the whole family. When the sun is shining, lounge on the two-story deck and enjoy the tranquil view while you cook something on the gas grill. Or, head inside to prepare something more gourmet in the immaculate full kitchen. In addition to a full suite of stainless steel appliances, guests will be set up for success with complimentary spices, pantry items, and cooking oil. On chilly evenings, relax in front of the living area’s wood-burning fireplace with a mug of hot cider and your loved ones. Anyone with a competitive spirit will enjoy making use of the foosball table in the basement, which also features a bonus sitting area with a smart TV. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, partial air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival. Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. Wood is provided for the fireplace. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
