All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary portable cot. BYO beach towels.

It alerts our management/security team if noise reaches unacceptable levels as per the NSW Code of Conduct laws for short-term rentals. The property has an attached garage. Guests have/Do Not have access to the garage. As the garage is attached to the house, it is required to have heat sensors and smoke alarms wired to the house’s smoke alarm system. Regardless of garage access, for your own safety, you must act and report if alarms are activated.
