The townhouse development of Mariner’s Landing is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches of St. Simons Island, the pier village area, Redfern Village and golfing venues. This location is an easy on and off the island location loved by FLETC agents. The townhouses are recent construction with many high-end finishes and high ceilings. You will enjoy the seasonal community pool (mid-April-Labor Day)!
Bring your boat! The St. Simons Public Marina is a short walk from the complex and you can enjoy the green space at Gascoigne Bluff. You are walking distance to the Frederica River, fishing dock, Frisbee golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it.
You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with hardwood floors throughout, with the bedrooms carpeted. Just off the front foyer, you’ll find the ½ bath.
The main level features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms so everyone can participate in family and friend gatherings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of counter and cabinet space. The main floor level includes a screened in patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the laundry room. The master suite with a King-size bed offers a full walk-in closest with plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink area, large walk-in shower, garden tub and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. The two additional bedrooms each have queen size bedding and they share a bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
