Welcome to Boozie’s Bungalow at 131 South Island Square on St. Simons Island.
Property Manager is pleased to offer this newly updated and well-appointed, beautifully decorated, private end unit in the gated complex of Island Square. Location, you want? Island Square is located just minutes away from St Simon’s original round-a-bout next to internationally know BBQ joint Southern Soul. Winn Dixie, CVS, Demere Grill, Starbucks, shopping - all in walking distance! The pier village and beaches are only minutes away by bike or car. Redfern Village is just 5 minutes away by bike!
Boozie’s Bungalow is a two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse with a nice patio for hanging out outside. There is a second entrance through the laundry room for easy shedding of sandy, wet beach attire and towels.
The living room is spacious and welcoming. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath (tub/shower combination). The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. This condo has 1 TV, washer and dryer and a fenced (and covered) patio area.
The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access, community grill and a fitness center.
Boozie’s is equipped with 3 beach chairs, sand bucket with shovels and sand molds and a boogie board. Make sure you check out the "Sea Turtle with Barnacle" original artwork!

NOTE: Coffee maker is a Brew-Small with permanent filter - no filters needed

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons).
• One Small dog allowed up to 35lbs (per COA rules) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pup. (Limit 1)

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
