The open living and dining area is bathed in natural light and has a fully equipped kitchen with a 3 seat island. The dining table has room for six. Enjoy the living room, which seems completely open as it is surrounded by windows, but an outside fence covered in jasmine lends complete privacy.
Downstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms - one queen and one full, along with one full bath downstairs. Upstairs is the master king bedroom with en-suite bath. Hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen and baths and new décor make for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The Blue Pelican is in a perfect location for easy on/off island access. Several delightful restaurants and cafes are within a few blocks of the home. Harris Teeter, a variety of shops and a movie theater are less than a mile away. Play a round of golf at the Sea Palms golf course, also less than a mile away. Drive to the beach (approximately 4 miles away) down Frederica Road, under a beautiful live oak and Spanish moss canopy, or start a leisurely horseback ride just three miles away to the north. The village and pier with dining and shopping opportunities are also just minutes away.
