Welcome to The Squeezebox!
If you are a fan of "The Who", you will definitely understand! For being a small cottage, this home sure does live LARGE. Newly painted and remodeled, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage can accommodate 6 comfortably.
An opened-up kitchen, dining room and family room make this end of the house the place to hang out and watch the big game or a movie! The dining room seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen awaits you.
The master bedroom has a king bed and newly remodeled en-suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom comes with a queen bed, plenty of storage and a cozy reading chair. The third bedroom has two extra-long twins beds, a computer desk and chair. Those two bedrooms share the hall bathroom.
Enjoy the side patio with a gas grill and table seating for six while entertaining outdoors, or enjoy your privacy in the secluded, fully fenced-in back yard with its extensive professional landscaping including Olive trees, palms and ferns.
Several delightful restaurants and cafes are within a few blocks of the home. Harris Teeter (grocery), a variety of shops and a movie theater are less than a mile away. Play a round of golf at the Sea Palms golf course, also less than a mile away. Drive down Frederica Road with its’ beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss canopy on your way to the beach (approximately 4 miles away). The St. Simons village, pier and Lighthouse are also just minutes away.
