The mid-island location makes it convenient to everything the island has to offer. Not to mention you can play the Sea Palms golf course, just minutes from your location, or bicycle around the quiet peaceful streets of the Sea Palms community.
Four miles to the south you will find yourself at the beach, in the pier/village area, or the Morningstar Marina. A few miles to the north you can play the King and Prince’s Hampton point golf course or be at the Hampton Point Marina.
You will be minutes from Harris Teeter’s grocery, Bennie’s Red Barn, La Plancha, Brogen’s North, Sal’s Pizzaria, Delaney’s Bistro, Cafe Frederica, Halyards, Tramici’s, and Certified Burger. There is Island Cinema’s and many other shops in the vicinity as well.
When you’re not out exploring the island you will enjoy exploring your home at 106 Shore Rush Trail. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps 6 you will be able to chill out in style. Big living room with large Flat panel TV mounted over the decorative fireplace with lots of comfortable seating for all the big games. The three bedrooms come setup with a king, queen and two twins. The master bedroom with an adjustable base king bedding has an en-suite bath, ceiling fan, sofa and flat panel TV. The second bedroom, with an adjustable base queen bedding, ceiling fan and flat panel TV shares a hallway bath with the third bedroom that comes with twin bedding and a ceiling fan.
Large kitchen and dining area with everything you’ll need if anyone wants to put on their chef hat. The kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home: new gas range, Microwave and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, blender and plenty of pots and pans and Corning Ware for cooking. When not sitting at the beautiful kitchen table, enjoy the nice island and bar stools for extra seating and chatting with the chef. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The gas grill is located just outside the screened in porch.
Beach chairs for your use are at the property along with a folding beach/grocery
wagon cart for hauling things to the beach. You can’t go wrong booking 106 Shore Rush Trail. Convenient to so much you’ll have to come back and book again to see and do it all.
