The Home
This tranquil spacious apartment with exceptional views is just situated off the Place Central. It is perfectly located for all shops, bars and restaurants. The Medran lift station is only a short 300m walk and the nearest bus stop is 100m.
This apartment sleeps 4. The large ensuite double bedroom has a king topper on the bed with 2 single duvets, or the topper may be removed to have the 2 single mattresses on the king bed if preferred. The 2nd bedroom is a twin (old photo of double bunkroom will soon be updated). There is a separate 2nd shower room newly renovated with italien walk-in shower (old photo will soon be updated).
There is a spacious living room area (fireplace is for decoration purposes only) and a cosy dining area to comfortably seat 8. Along with satellite TV (showing UK terrestrial TV, netflix and Zattoo world TV), WIFI and an extensive south-east facing sunny balcony.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
