The brand-new Apres Shores complex offers guests quick and easy access to all of the shops, restaurants, and conveniences of Silverthorne, while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer. Including ski resorts like Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin. Plus golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club. World class fly fishing is available via the Blue River, just steps away, and so much more.
As you enter the condo, you will find hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The elegant living area features a corner-fit gas fireplace, mounted smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and huge windows delivering incredible natural light and beautiful alpine and river views. The inviting furniture offers plenty of comfortable seating for your whole group, the main couch folds out for an additional sleeping option and the full-size washer and dryer are located in a hallway closet between the primary bedroom and bathroom. Additional sheets and pillows can be found in the hallway closet.
Prepare delicious meals from “home” in the premium full-sized kitchen which comes equipped with quartz countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to dine in and the breakfast bar comfortably seats four. Step out onto the private balcony located just off the living area and soak in the sights and sounds of the Blue River, just feet away from you. Throughout your stay, take advantage of the unit’s private washer and dryer, located in a closet near the entryway.
The primary bedroom is situated just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, a large wall-mounted smart TV, a workspace, and an oversized picture frame window. Fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of the Blue River flowing just outside. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and offers a large single-sink vanity with quartz countertops and a combined bath and shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
