Apartment located on the 17th floor of an iconic building designed by an acclaimed Mexican architect and located on Mexico City’s most important avenue.
This apartment boasts incredible architectural design and meticulously selected interiors, resulting in a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and elegance.
The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi, three Smart TVs, a safe, curtains, blackouts, and electronic sheer curtains, and a washer-dryer. Security personnel are available day and night, as well as smart locks for secure access. An additional parking space is available upon request at no extra cost.
The Tabacalera neighborhood acquired this building in 1898 when a tobacco factory was established in the area, and many of the factory workers came to live nearby.
Construction of the Legislative Palace began that same year. The project remained unfinished and is now the iconic Monument to the Revolution, home to the Museum of the Revolution.
