The second bedroom offers two single beds, also with its own toilet and shower. For added flexibility, the single beds can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. A dedicated car park for one vehicle ensures convenience, while the fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures. Unwind in the cozy living room, all within a meticulously maintained space designed for complete privacy, ideal for couples and families. Exclusive access to the entire villa, including two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds (can be converted to a king-size bed upon request). For exploring further, scooter, car, and bicycle rentals can be arranged through your host. • Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site. • Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session. • Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge. • A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs. • The base rate covers up to 4 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 4 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 4 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
