Welcome to Villa Alba, a luxurious and comfortable villa located in the charming Dalmatian town of Vrana, offering the perfect combination of privacy, nature and modern amenities. This spacious villa spreads over more than 200 m² and can accommodate up to 10 people, thanks to four elegantly decorated bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, while the remaining two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms also has a practical sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests - perfect for children or additional group members. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while the other two are located in the hallway, all equipped with modern showers. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for each guest.
The heart of the villa is the spacious living room full of natural light, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining room. The space is designed for pleasant socializing and creating unforgettable memories. For guests who want to stay in shape during their vacation, the villa also offers its own home gym with exercise equipment.
The outdoor area is a true Mediterranean oasis. The private pool is surrounded by greenery and framed by an elevated sundeck, ideal for enjoying the sun and relaxing after a day spent at the beach or in nature. The covered outdoor area with a fireplace and summer kitchen, along with a large dining table, creates the perfect atmosphere for dinners under the stars, barbecues and late-night gatherings. For the youngest guests, there is also a children’s playground, which will entertain them for hours, while parents enjoy the silence and beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The villa is located on a fenced plot of over 1000 m², which provides complete privacy and security. Private parking for several vehicles is also available, which further facilitates arrival and stay.
The location of the villa is excellent – just a ten-minute drive to the nearest beaches, and in the immediate vicinity is the Vrana Lake Nature Park with its untouched landscapes, cycling and hiking trails. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for excursions, recreation and enjoyment of the local gastronomy.
