The space
Welcome to "High Tides & Viridian Vibes!"
This charming 3-bedroom WaterColor cottage provides easy access to community amenities, trails, dune lakes, shopping, restaurants, Seaside and WaterColor Town Centers, Cerulean Park, and more!
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by the easygoing charm of WaterColor. The front porch is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a sunny day on the beach!
Step inside and you’re greeted by a warm, inviting living room with coastal-style decor and a beautiful fireplace. Just past the living room, you’ll find a convenient wet bar perfect for grabbing drinks on your way to the pool. Also on the first floor, you’ll find the laundry room along with two spacious bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed and shares the first-floor hallway bathroom with a large glass shower with a built-in tub.
Heading out back, you’ll find your own outdoor oasis complete with a private pool, plenty of comfortable lounge seating, and a shaded BBQ grill area perfect for cookouts. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
Upstairs on the second floor is the heart of the home, a bright and open living room filled with natural light, tall windows, and a second cozy fireplace. Step out onto the wraparound balcony and enjoy an outdoor dining table, balcony swing, and additional seating, perfect for enjoying those coastal breezes! Just beyond the living room, there’s a large dining table for 6, along with the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and bar seating for 4.
Also on this floor is a third bedroom with a Queen bed, which opens up into a cozy area with a Twin daybed and access to the balcony. These two spaces both share a bathroom with a glass shower.
All the way up on the third floor is a charming loft area with a Twin daybed and Twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests.
There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional parking pads located throughout the community!
Located in the heart of WaterColor’s Cottage District, this home puts you just steps from the WaterColor tennis courts and a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and Seaside— giving you easy access to the very best of 30A!
This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The Beach Club is just a short walk away from the home, making it a dream not to have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 2-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat!!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, spa, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
