This beautiful one bedroom apartment (a 5 minute drive from Bournemouth Town Centre) is located just off of the main road to Boscombe Pier and beach. Adjacent to the pier is a £3m artificial surf reef installed by the Council back in April 2014, with a local surf school for board hire & lessons. You also have the O2 academy just a 2 minute drive away showcasing events and world class acts all year round! There are a wealth of transport options open to you. Boscombe bus station is nearby with bus stops dotted all around the local area. From the bus routes, there are a variety of services that run to different areas along the Dorset coast 7 days a week. Just some of the locations on those lines include Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Poole, The Isle of Purbeck, Christchurch and Southbourne. During the summer months you may even enjoy taking the famous Bournemouth Land Train from Boscombe Pier to Bournemouth Pier - with a stop only a few minutes from the property. Bournemouth and Pokesdown Railway Stations also close by. From there you can catch train services to Southampton, Poole, Weymouth and many other UK destinations.
