A kayak launch makes enjoying the canal and the bayou by water easy and convenient. An interior staircase leads to a walk-out to the pool area and access to abundant enclosed storage. Coastal decor and perfectly proportioned furnishings enhance the space both inside and out.
The location and setting are ideal for beach goers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The beach is a short 15 minute walk down Sanibel-Captiva Road, or you can launch a kayak from the private dock or fish & explore the bayou and surrounding waterways. Birders and photographers will appreciate the proximity and accessibility to some of the area’s premier birding & shelling beaches at Bowman’s and Blind Pass. The private dock offers the rare ability to view both sunrises AND sunsets over the bayou!! This home is a rare beauty and a hidden gem that cannot be missed!
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 Full bed (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai patio, private dock with direct bayou access and kayak launch-pad, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, BBQ grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
