This apartment is in a newly restored house in the Cannaregio district, it has 2 double bedrooms and one of them can be set as a twin, with large single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The living is quite large, and the family kitchen is fully equipped, and it has a table for dining.
The sofa is very comfortable, and the whole flat is completely restored and furnished in 2025. The central air conditioning and floor heating guarantee a very comfortable stay.
The apartment has a view of the canal of “Rio dei Servi” and it is quite wide, ensuring a lot of light to the whole flat. There is a very lively street on the other side that has shops, café and restaurants but there is no noise in the apartment as it is equipped with very efficient double-glazed windows.
The colours, furniture, and paintings are unique and chosen carefully by the owner to give a unique style and feel.
