Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin futon bed (sleeps 3 MAX), Smart TV’s (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill, Shell Harbor beach parking pass. Small (25 lbs. or less), hypoallergenic dogs MAY BE allowed with Owner’s Approval. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
