Mariner Pointe Update: We are finally able to welcome back guests as of January 31, 2026! While most on-site amenities have been restored there may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, amenities restoration, and a large landscaping project. We can provide updates on these schedules once known however schedules may be subject to change. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King Bed & 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs, WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.
